Services geared to individuals diagnosed with dementia before the age of 65 or their families.

Counselling services provided by Registered Social Workers
The counsellors provide support, education and referrals to dementia specific and dementia friendly supportive services. Please contact our Intake Coordinators for complete details.
Active Living Program called The Boomers Club
Focuses on therapeutic recreation and wellness. In this program, we create informal connections among people who are on the same journey while engaging in a variety of recreational activities including art, games, exercise, music, food, social chats and more.
The Boomers Club programming is flexible and can be modified based on the needs and interests of the group participants.
In partnership with Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities, we offer the Active Minds Club
The Active Minds Club is an Adult Day Program for people living with Young Onset Dementia. Offered two days per week in-person (Mondays and Fridays) with additional virtual programming options available on Zoom.
