A resource centre provides information services and resources to the public. The collection has a primary focus on dementia specific materials in many different formats including books, videos, journals, DVDs, and reports.

Open to the public. Materials can be borrowed by anyone residing in Ontario if resources are not available locally.
Interpretation services can be arranged in 75+ languages.
Free service. Materials are available for loan or reference.
The Resource Centre provides loans of books and DVDs, equipment for viewing videos and DVDs, and a quiet place to study.
Our collection includes books, DVDs, reference materials, journals, children’s materials, non-English resources related to living with dementia and various aspects of caregiving (by families and health care professionals).
Our Online Catalogue provides information on materials both in the collection and available on the internet (2,200+ online books, videos, audiofiles, websites) in 90+ languages.
Our InformationSpecialist is available to assist with choosing the most appropriate resources, answering information questions and to conduct literature searches.
Loan policies: 2 week loan period, with renewals available upon request.
Free Information Resources:
Brochures and information sheets on issues related to dementia are available for distribution to clients and/or family members; they can be picked up at our office or we can mail them to you. Samples of these materials and order forms are available on our website.

This service is available Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended hours Tuesdays until 8:30 p.m (until end of May, restarting in September) . Please call ahead if you wish to book an appointment or need entry assistance after 5 pm on Tuesday nights.
