We offer flexible hours of services with the highest quality caregivers,who are supervised 24/7 basis by Registered Pharmacist and Dementia Care Specialist. ADA Extended Home Care is the only home support services provider in Toronto with a licensed health care professional, who is directly involved in every stage of care. Our case manager, healthcare professionals will maximize your health care dollars by guiding you through government funded home health services, providing only services not covered by the government. We will recommend treatment based on changes in the client’s health condition and can communicate with pharmacists and doctors on your behalf.
We at ADA Extended Home Care offer a unique approach to dementia care and we are delighted to share our approach to family caregivers with loved ones with memory loss. Our Dementia trained caregivers work with memory exercises in early stage dementia while the client is still vocal and work on balance exercises for clients who are still mobile.
We specialize in an extended range of personal support services including Personal care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Post-Op/Rehab care, Palliative care, Respite Care, Cleaning and housekeeping.
