A supervised program of social, recreational and wellness activities within a supportive group setting.  The focus of the services is the promotion of the well-being of frail seniors and adults, including those persons with dementia and other conditions.
Components of the service include planned social, recreational and physical activities, nutritious meals, assistance with activities of daily living and health promotion,  providing respite/relief to caregivers.

Population Served:

Persons living in the community who are physically frail, socially isolated, or who have a cognitive impairment.

Cost:

$22.00 daily fee
Subsidy available, daily fee ranges from $7 to $22/day depending upon assessed subsidy level.

Service Limitation:

Adult Day Program operated by City of Toronto, Seniors Services and Long-Term Care, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Transportation Options


Attendees will be required to arrange their own transportation to and from the program. Information and referral to transportation services can be provided.
