Behavioural Management Services aid people with dementia and or their caregivers in the assessment and treatment of behavioural disturbances, psychoses or depression.
May include: in and out patient care depending on the organization.
Population Served:
Older adults with complex medical, cognitive and psychosocial needs.
Adults with mild to advanced dementia and behavioural challenges.
Catchment Area:
Metropolitan Toronto and surrounding areas.

Social work services available to support patients and caregivers across most Geriatric Rehab services.
