Programs that provide emotional support, problem-solving assistance, information and guidance for individuals who have recently lost a loved one. Counselling may be in the form of one on one counselling or group work. Services are not necessarily dementia specific.
Adults and seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive impairment who are currently receiving assistance at this clinic, their caregivers and other members of their support network

Sessions held on either individual or group basis.
Social worker/therapist will meet client, caregiver or other members of the support network, for an initial discussion and evaluation. Plans for a course of counselling will be made between the parties on an case by case basis.
