Programs and services are aimed at preventing, identifying, investigating and/or mitigating the effects of elder abuse. Programs are specific to each organization. Take Charge program has been implemented to provide information about detecting abuse and what to do to help older adults, their friends, families, other agencies and the community.
SPRINT is developing literature and resource kits and organizing information sessions to promote public awareness.
