Overnight relief for caregivers of older adults and seniors with cognitive impairments and physical frailties. Transitional care for individuals discharged from the hospital, but who are not quite ready to go home. Individuals receive around-the-clock care and support through a Personal Support Worker. The Caring Centre is a fully furnished apartment and has all the comforts and amenities of a home.
