Evaluates the individual’s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL’s) and the individual’s ability to care for himself/herself. “Activities of daily living,” or ADLs, are the basic tasks of everyday life, such as eating, bathing, dressing and toileting.

Regional Geriatric Program – Elders Clinic is an outpatient service which provides comprehensive assessment, short term treatment, recommendations and follow-up for frail elders with complex medical, functional, and psychosocial problems. Services are provided by a Geriatrician and an interdisciplinary team.
Services can be provided in different languages with the assistance of St. Michaels Hospital Interpretation services. Clients need to notify office ahead of appointment if assistance is required.
