State of the art assessment including special views MRI and SPECT brain scans. Management is of root cause(s) including multiple health conditions such as hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes, sleep apnea, depression, anxiety, obesity, as well as life style issues of diet and exercise; and not just the prescription of palliative Alzheimer drugs as is conventional practice at most memory clinics. Patients and their families are treated and supported over the long term, not just diagnosed then sent back to their family doctors. Expertise is given from Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism. (Did you know that 80% of those with age-related Alzheimer’s have Type 2 Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes?) In person Clinic visits, Family Counselling, and Mental Health counselling is on site. A Zoom exercise program is available from our Clinic during COVID19 times.

COVID-19 Precautions:

Clinic is not accessible to sick people. All are screened before entry. People with cell phones are asked to wait either in their cars or with masks on, in the lobby.
