By pressing Lifeline Help Button, Communicator is activated and automatically dials Lifeline Response Centre.
A Lifeline monitor quickly makes a contact with Communicator and dispatches appropriate help.

Lifeline is an easy-to-use medical alert service that lets you summon help any time of the day or night – even if you can’t speak. All you have to do is press your Personal Help Button, worn on a wristband or pendant, and a trained Personal Response Centre Associate will ensure you get help fast.

New as of 2011, AutoAlert service assists in detecting falls and sends in message when client cannot.

Philips Lifeline is integrated with the healthcare system across Canada.
