Service Limitation:

Brain Health Centre Clinics includes: Mood and Related Disorders Clinic, Sam and Ida Ross Memory Clinic and a Louis and Leah Posluns Stroke and Cognition Clinic. If patients have been referred to other services within Baycrest (i.e. Social Work or Occupational Therapy etc.) team members work with the patient to assist them with their needs and meet weekly (Memory clinic) and bi-weekly (Mood clinic) to go over clients’ progress, health concerns and management issues
