Treatment by more than one health professional. Nurses, physicians, social workers, occupational therapists and physiotherapists are frequently involved.
Older adults who may have dementias such as Alzheimers disease, Frontotemporal dementia (FTD), or abnormal behaviour. Frail seniors, persons who have had a stroke, Parkinsons patients.

Jewish, Principles of Judiasm guide daily operations while service is provided to clients of all backgrounds.

Brain Health Centre Clinics includes: Mood and Related Disorders Clinic, Sam and Ida Ross Memory Clinic and a Louis and Leah Posluns Stroke and Cognition Clinic. If patients have been referred to other services within Baycrest (i.e. Social Work or Occupational Therapy etc.) team members work with the patient to assist them with their needs and meet weekly (Memory clinic) and bi-weekly (Mood clinic) to go over clients progress, health concerns and management issues
