No cost to eligible clients. (Funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care)
What you need to receive LHIN services:
– a valid Ontario Health Card
– have a need for the service
– unable to go out of home to receive health care service
– needs that cannot be met on an outpatient basis
