Services are provided on an hourly basis, initial assessment sessions $150 (1.5 hours in length) and follow up visits are $100 (1 hour in length)

Service Limitation:

We help Toronto Seniors and their families. Services are offered in clients homes by registered occupational therapist and include home safety assessments and recommendations including prescription and help to access funding for adaptive aides and home modifications. We also help families to come up with a care plan for their loved one and navigate our complex healthcare system.
