Helping seniors with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living. May include bathing, hair, skin and mouth care, help with toileting, getting dressed, feeding, transferring and positioning, medication reminders, light exercising, and escorting to medical appointments.

Population Served:

Persons with dementia and their caregivers, Adults 55+ living within the catchment area.

Bathurst to Victoria Park, Steeles to Hwy 401

Cost:

$17.80 per hour. Minimum of 1 hour per visit.
Subsidies available to eligible clients.

Service Limitation:

Services can be provided at personal residences, retirement homes and hospitals within the catchment area.
Services available include: escorting to appointments, meal planning and preparation, essential grocery shopping, assistance with bathing, dressing, ambulation, eating, toileting, grooming/shaving, hair care, mouth care.
