A support service in a client’s home to provide short term relief for family and friends from their caregiving role, and to help relieve stress placed on family relationships.
Population Served:
Caregivers of those recovering from a hospital stay, surgery or illness, or who require support to remain at home.

Service Limitation:
What you need to receive LHIN services:
– a valid Ontario Health Card
– have a need for the service
– unable to go out of home to receive health care service
– needs that cannot be met on an outpatient basis
