A support service in a client’s home to provide short term relief for family and friends from their caregiving role, and to help relieve stress placed on family relationships.
Population Served:
People with terminal illnesses diagnosis and requiring palliative care.
Compassionate Client Care services are delivered at the Clients home. Clients are welcomed who reside in our Catchment area. Services include respite care provided in multiple languages with the support of our Volunteers, companionship, emotional and spiritual support, personal and non-medical practical assistance and coordination of services.
