A support service that provides escorted or unescorted transportation to medical appointments, shopping and to various social activities and programs. Services may vary between agencies. Fees may apply.
For seniors who are not eligible for Wheels Trans and are able to exit a car with minimal assistance. Persons with dementia accompanied by a caregiver.

Available Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. (except statutory holidays), with the first pick up of the day generally being at 8:00 a.m. and the last pick up at 8:00 p.m. Our transportation service also operates on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., (first pick up at 8:30 a.m. and last pick up at 3:30 p.m.)
We require notice at least a week prior to the appointment (five business days). You must know the date, time and length of the appointment and provide the full contact information for the doctor or place where you
are going to when booking a ride. Clients (or third parties) are sent a monthly invoice for the costs of all rides during the month and do not pay drivers directly.
Our transportation service also includes group shopping trips at a low cost each way per client. Clients are notified the day before of the time they will be picked up and are given two hours to shop.
