What is the study about?

SYNERGIC-2 is a 12-month personalized, home-based lifestyle intervention to improve cognition in older adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). The Personalized Multidomain Intervention (PMI@home) consists of at-home coaching sessions via Zoom video conference that targets 5 domains: physical exercise, cognitive training, diet recommendations, sleep interventions, and vascular risk factor management. The PMI@home coaching intervention will be compared to an online-educational program called Brain Health PRO (BHPro). Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive both the PMI@home virtual coaching sessions and use of the BHPro program, or to only use the BHPro educational program (without PMI@home coaching).
