Early Onset Services (under 65)

For persons with dementia diagnosed before the age of 65.

Initial assessments in client’s home $150 (1.5 hours in length) and follow up treatment visits are $100 (1 hour in length)

SAFE AT HOME THERAPY: Home Safety Assessments & Recommendations focusing on fall and injury prevention including prescription of adaptive aides and help to access funding for needed equipment or home modifications if applicable.

We provide counselling and education to caregivers for improving your loved one’s safety and quality of life. We can help caregivers to understand and plan for the future when their loved ones are struggling with dementia.
