Program that assists seniors at home with routine household activities including light housekeeping, laundry and light meal preparation. May include assistance with banking, shopping and errands, or shopping on the seniors behalf.
Population Served:
Seniors, who are physically frail, are convalescing, have physical and/ or mental health challenges and/ or have Alzheimers disease and/or dementia, and their caregivers.
Catchment Area:
North to Lawrence Avenue West, South to St. Clair Avenue West, East to Spadina Road, West to Dufferin.
