Rare Dementia Support Canada

RDS Canada provides a free specialist information and support community for people living with, or affected by, a diagnosis of a rarer or young onset dementia*. We also offer information and advice for practitioners who work with people affected by rare or young onset dementia in a variety of settings. Our supports are virtual and includes one on one, couple, family and group support. We do offer a unique opportunity for support in the context of rarer or young onset dementias.
