ACE provides free services for low income seniors who meet ACE’s financial eligibility guidelines. In some cases, a client might be asked to contribute to the cost of a court action.

ACE provides legal advice and representation, legal education and advocacy services and has expertise in legal issues affecting older adults include issues related to consent and capacity, powers of attorney, retirement homes, long term care , hospital issues, patient advocacy. The office is open Monday to Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm; Thursday 1:00 to 5:00pm.
