Nutritious meals delivered to seniors at their home. Meals are delivered by volunteers or staff who provide seniors with regular social contact and check on their safety. May include hot meals, frozen meals, milk, bread, fruit and vegetable baskets or organic food baskets. Fees apply.

Hot meals $5.60 each. Sandwiches $2.25 each
Frozen meals $4.75 per entrée, $1.80 per soup and $1.95 per dessert.

Frozen food – multi pack (5 entrées + 5 soups or 5 desserts or 7 entrées) $31.00.

Wellness boxes (Fresh fruits, vegetables) $13.25 a box.

Milk (carton – 1 litre) $2.00 each.

Service Limitation:

Chinese meals on wheels available. Kosher and vegetarian meals also available.
Special diets can be accommodated.
