Nutritious meals delivered to seniors at their home. Meals are delivered by volunteers or staff who provide seniors with regular social contact and check on their safety. May include hot meals, frozen meals, milk, bread, fruit and vegetable baskets or organic food baskets. Fees apply.
Seniors, who are physically frail, are convalescing, have physical and/ or mental health challenges and/ or have Alzheimers disease and/or dementia.

Regular Canadian hot meal $6.25

Frozen meals: entrée $4.20, soup/dessert $1.40 each.
7 frozen entrees for $27.50.
5 frozen entrees and 5 soups or desserts for $27.50
Breakfast $1.35 each
Fresh fruits and vegetables, boxes $13.00 or $18.00; organic $24.00 or $34.00
Milk and Juice from $1.60
Hours of delivery 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Frozen meals delivered on Tuesdays.
Able to provide meals that meet a variety of special diets such as diabetic, low fat, no added salt, pureed, minced, lactose free, vegetarian and others.
