At Toronto Memory Program, we assess and treat adults with impairments in memory, communication, and thinking. Our patients include individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy Body disease, Frontotemporal dementia, and Vascular dementia caused by stroke, as well as those at increased risk of dementia due to family history or other predisposing factors.
Renowned behavioural neurologist Dr. Sharon Cohen leads our team of physicians and clinical staff. We are committed to providing the highest quality care, accurate memory test services, and essential resources to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s or related diseases. Dr. Cohen plays a primary role in our outreach and public education programs.

Toronto Memory Program is an essential service and remains in operation during the current COVID-19 crisis. Memory Clinic visits are now being conducted virtually (video/phone). Research study visits continue to take place on-site with strict pre-visit screening and infection control procedures. You will be contacted ahead of your appointment with details.
