The University Health Network Memory Clinic provides a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of any type of dementia. The team includes a geriatric psychiatrist, a behavioural neurologist, geriatricians, a registered nurse, an occupational therapist, and a social worker. The services of a speech language pathologist and a neuropsychologist are also available. Participation in research studies is also available.
Services can be provided in different languages with the assistance of University Health Network Interpretation Services. Clients need to notify office ahead of appointment.
