Adults with dementia, physical disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and their caregivers recovering from hospital stays, surgery or illness.

$18.75 to 19.75 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
Service Limitation:
Caregivers provide companionship, escorting to appointments, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, and assistance with eating, toileting, grooming/shaving and personal care.
