$27.00 per hour minimum 3 hours.
Companionship only $20.00 per hour
One hour visit $40.00
Respite care program $699.00, Peace of mind program $129.00 per week
Respite Care Program
Initial Assessment with a Client Care Manager; 24 hours of Personal Care and Home Support; Review Visit by Client Care Manager; Grocery Shopping; 24-hour on-call support for questions, urgent matters; Arrangements for Medical Equipment and Supplies; Immediate response for additional care; advocacy; Communication with other health care professionals; Weekly Respite Package also available
Peace of Mind Program
Initial Assessment with a Client Care Manager; 3 hours per week of Personal Care; Personal emergency alarm with 24-hour monitoring; Monthly review visit by a Client Care Manager; Weekly phone call from a Client Care Manager;
Arrangements for Medical Equipment and Supplies; 24-hour on-call support for questions, urgent matters. Communication with other health care professionals; advocacy; Immediate response for additional care.
