A support service in a client’s home to provide short term relief for family and friends from their caregiving role, and to help relieve stress placed on family relationships.
Population Served:
Seniors, who are physically frail, are convalescing, have physical and/ or mental health challenges and/ or have Alzheimers disease and/or dementia, and their caregivers.
Catchment Area:
North to Lawrence Avenue West, South to St. Clair Avenue West, East to Spadina Road, West to Dufferin Street.
