Cognitive stimulation therapy has been shown to reduce the risks of cognitive impairment brought on by the degenerative neurological diseases like dementia. Continued practice of cognitive stimulation therapy has also been shown to lead to higher levels of mental activity, which slows the progression of such diseases. Our program can also be used for active seniors to maintain high cognitive function.
